Our company offers time-sharing holidays over a maximum period of eighteen years. The only cost is the purchase price minus (for example) the condominial expenses. We deal in existing accommodation of proven excellence, refurbishing when necessary, and new accommodation facilities in resorts that combine comfort, beautiful surroundings, cultural and/or wine-food trails, to ensure the customer never repeats the same holiday. This also facilitates exchange. What better reason to turn our attention and skills to time-sharing? The constantly growing field of tourism is particularly healthy. The key is to meet the customer's requirements in relation to social changes and trends and customs at the time. There is currently a nomadic approach to holidays: a week in one place, three days in another, in places offering the dream of a good life, fun, convenience, luxury and no worries; in other words, new places for short breaks organized with minimum effort. Although consumers bemoan the economic crisis and lifestyle changes over the past few years, they never renounce their holidays; they make sacrifices during the year, take out small loans and still have a break. In the middle term, the market in real crisis is that of second or holiday homes due to the high asking prices, new legislation and taxes, maintenance costs and periods when they are left empty; all this and more besides understandably deters potential buyers. Time-sharing is the valid alternative: you just have to book a place for future holidays. For example, the annual fee for a week's holiday every year for 18 years is just € 1,115 - a bargain considering all the accommodation is at least 3/4 stars and that the price includes all hotel services, a beauty centre and much more besides; this works out at less than €53 a day per head!
